I have visited their store in Worcester abd was treated like a king, I had one shipping snafu w a carrier and these folks handled the correction instantly and with a smile. This is the kind of firm you can trust and do business with and smile for decades. Trust me on this.

Great place to get your high quality tools. I mainly use them to get my Festool tools and accessories. Very knowledgeable staff and rapid shipping. I definitely recommend them.

This is for a Kreg PRS1045 Router Table purchased from US Tool & Fastener. The table is fantastic, sturdy and stable even with the casters. Not having at least one Stop is annoying, I suggest buying that extra even if it is expensive. Shipping was direct from Kreg and a bit slow, so I called US Tool support for shipping information. They called Kreg, got the details, and called me back as promised. Thumbs up for excellent support from US Tool & Fastener!

I get all my festool gear from UST&F and haven't been let down yet. Shipping is always quick and everything is always well packaged. The employees are always very polite when chatting. Excellent tool dealer.

USTF has great customer service. I purchased a Shaper Origin package that was delivered but Shaper had one of the items back ordered, when I emailed USTF to get an approximate delivery date I received an answer in about 2 hours. They have continued to update and answer question in a timely manner. This has been a great tool buying experience.

US Tool & Fastener is hands down the best place for high quality tools. Their website is very easy to navigate and they always have great deals. We recently switched our cordless platform over to Milwaukee and Ryan and his team made the switch easy. I hear their shipping department does a great job making sure products arrive safely. Fortunately their showroom is right down the road from us and I can always walk in and pick up whatever I need. Highly recommended!

I have been ordering from USTF for several years now and unlike many stores, they know their products very well. Whenever I need advice on the appropriate tool purpose, I know either one of two guys will answer the phone to help give me solid advice. Shipping has always been fast and I know within 2-3 days, I’m going to have my products. One big perk is that you earn points and this can be used toward purchases. I’ve saved some money this way and it rewards you for your loyalty. They have a wide selection of products from various, high quality brands. In summer of 2024, I got to visit USTF and I was surprised to see that it felt more like a small family operation. Everyone there was super nice and they gave me a tour of the facility. When I talk with them on the phone, I know what they look like and they know what I look like. Calling them can become a whole friendly conversation, so be careful 🤣
